HOUSE RULES

1.1 Je gedraagt je in overeenstemming met de openbare orde, de goede zeden en gewoon fatsoen.

1.2 Aanwijzingen van ons personeel, de beveiliging en andere bevoegde medewerkers volg je onmiddellijk en volledig op.

1.3 Dit accepteren wij niet:

• agressie, geweld of bedreiging
• intimidatie
• discriminatie
• seksueel grensoverschrijdend gedrag
• diefstal
• andere bezoekers hinderen
• zo dronken of onder invloed zijn dat het een probleem wordt voor jezelf of voor anderen

Wat er dan gebeurt staat in artikel 7.

1.4 Voel je je niet veilig, of gedraagt iemand zich naar jou toe niet oké? Spreek meteen een medewerker of iemand van de beveiliging aan. Lukt dat ter plekke niet, mail ons dan op contact@badhabits.club. Wij nemen het serieus.

2.1 Op verzoek laat je een geldig identiteitsbewijs zien: een paspoort, een identiteitskaart of een rijbewijs.

Geen ID is geen toegang en geen geld terug.

2.2 De minimumleeftijd is 18 jaar, tenzij wij bij het event iets anders vermelden.

2.3 Twijfelen wij over je leeftijd of je identiteit, dan kunnen wij je de toegang weigeren.

2.4 Wij houden je identiteitsbewijs niet vast, maken er geen kopie van en noteren niets uit dat document.

3.1 Bij de entree en tijdens het event kunnen wij je vragen mee te werken aan een controle van je kleding en je tas.

3.2 Meewerken is vrijwillig. Werk je niet mee, dan kom je er niet in. Wij zijn geen politie en doorzoeken niets zonder jouw medewerking.

4.1 Professionele opnameapparatuur. Professionele foto-, video- en geluidsapparatuur mag alleen mee als je daar vooraf schriftelijk toestemming voor hebt. Zonder toestemming weigeren wij de apparatuur bij de entree.

Filmen met je telefoon voor je eigen socials mag gewoon. Filmt iemand je die dat niet wil, dan stop je daarmee. Een hele set livestreamen of opnames verkopen mag alleen met onze toestemming.

4.2 Roken en vapen. In overdekte ruimtes wordt niet gerookt of gevapet.

4.3 Dit komt er niet in:

• glaswerk en blikjes
• plastic flessen, tenzij wij bij de entree aangeven dat een lege fles mee mag
• wapens, scherpe of anderszins gevaarlijke voorwerpen
• voorwerpen die overlast veroorzaken
• eten, drinken en alcohol van buiten
• kleding met racistische, discriminerende of intimiderende teksten of symbolen
• grote objecten en grote rugtassen
• kinderwagens en draagzakken
• dieren, behalve een hulphond

Medicijnen mag je meenemen in de originele, gesloten verpakking met bijsluiter. Heb je iets bij je dat bij de controle vragen oproept, meld het dan even bij de entree.

4.4 Drugs en lachgas. Drugs en lachgas zijn verboden. Vinden wij ze bij je, dan nemen wij ze in en moet je weg. Bij grotere hoeveelheden of bij handel schakelen wij de politie in.

4.5 Gezichtsbedekking. Bij de identiteitscontrole aan de deur vragen wij je je gezicht vrij te maken, zodat wij je met je ID kunnen vergelijken. Daarna vragen wij daar niet meer om.

4.6 Schade. Maak je iets kapot van ons, van de zaal of van een andere bezoeker, dan verhalen wij die schade op jou. Hoe dat werkt staat in artikel 10.3 van onze algemene voorwaarden.

4.7 Handel en promotie. Zonder onze toestemming doe je op of rond de locatie niet het volgende:

• goederen verkopen
• goederen weggeven
• flyers, stickers, posters of andere promotie uitdelen

4.8 Crowdsurfen, stagediven en vergelijkbare acties doe je niet. Het is leuk tot iemand op de grond ligt.

5.1 Heb je iets bij je uit de lijst in 4.3, dan kan het niet mee naar binnen. Je mag het wegbrengen of, als er een garderobe is, daar afgeven. Wij houden je eigendom niet.

5.2 Drugs, lachgas, wapens en andere illegale voorwerpen nemen wij wel in. Die krijg je niet terug en die gaan naar de politie.

5.3 Iets kwijtgeraakt? Gevonden voorwerpen blijven achter bij de zaal. Bij onze events in Maastricht is dat Muziekgieterij, Boschstraat 5, te bereiken via info@muziekgieterij.nl.

6.1 Op en rond de locatie hangen beveiligingscamera's, voor, tijdens en na het event. Die zijn van de zaal en niet van ons. De zaal bepaalt wat er met die beelden gebeurt en hoe lang zij blijven.

6.2 De zaal kan crowd monitoring met AI gebruiken om drukte te meten. Dat gebeurt zonder gezichtsherkenning en alleen voor de veiligheid, volgens de AVG en de Europese AI-verordening.

6.3 Wij maken zelf foto- en video-opnames op onze avonden. Die gebruiken wij om Bad Habits en onze events bekend te maken: op onze socials, op onze site, in advertenties en in de aftermovie.

6.4 Sta je herkenbaar op zo een opname en wil je dat niet? Zeg het tegen de fotograaf of iemand van ons team, of mail contact@badhabits.club. Dan halen wij het uit onze kanalen.

Wat wij verder met persoonsgegevens doen staat in ons privacy statement.

7.1 Wij weigeren niemand om zijn afkomst, huidskleur, geslacht, seksuele gerichtheid, beperking of geloof. Vind je dat dat toch is gebeurd, mail dan contact@badhabits.club. Wij zoeken het uit en laten je weten wat eruit komt.

7.2 Wij kunnen je de toegang weigeren of je uit de zaal zetten als dat nodig is voor de veiligheid, voor de orde, of omdat je deze huisregels overtreedt. Vraag je waarom, dan zeggen wij het.

7.3 Zetten wij je eruit omdat je deze huisregels overtreedt, dan krijg je je geld niet terug en vervalt je ticket voor die avond. Voor een volgende avond koop je een nieuw ticket.

7.4 In alle andere gevallen geldt voor je geld wat er in artikel 8 en 10 van de algemene voorwaarden staat.

8.1 Het geluid op onze avonden staat hard genoeg om er schade van op te lopen. Draag oordoppen. Vraag bij de bar of de garderobe of ze te koop zijn.

8.2 Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor je spullen. Neem niets mee wat je niet kwijt wilt raken, en houd je jas en je tas in de gaten.

8.3 Onze aansprakelijkheid staat in artikel 9 van de algemene voorwaarden. Wat daar staat gaat voor op deze huisregels.

9.1 Tot hoe laat je binnen kunt, of er een garderobe is en of je tussendoor naar buiten mag, verschilt per avond. Dat staat op de eventpagina en op onze socials. Kom je er niet uit, gebruik dan de chat op deze site.

9.2 In situaties waarin deze huisregels niet voorzien, beslissen wij.

9.3 Wij kunnen deze huisregels aanpassen. De laatste versie op badhabits.club is leidend; bij de entree hangt diezelfde versie.

1.1 You behave in line with public order, decency and plain good manners.

1.2 You follow instructions from our staff, security and other authorised personnel immediately and in full.

1.3 We do not accept any of this:

• aggression, violence or threats
• intimidation
• discrimination
• sexual misconduct
• theft
• obstructing other visitors
• being so drunk or intoxicated that it becomes a problem for you or for others

What happens then is set out in article 7.

1.4 Do you not feel safe, or is someone treating you badly? Speak to a member of staff or security straight away. If that is not possible on the spot, mail us at contact@badhabits.club. We take it seriously.

2.1 On request you show a valid ID: a passport, an identity card or a driving licence.

No ID means no entry and no money back.

2.2 The minimum age is 18, unless we state otherwise for the event.

2.3 If we have doubts about your age or your identity, we can refuse you entry.

2.4 We do not hold on to your ID, do not copy it and note nothing down from it.

3.1 At the entrance and during the event we may ask you to cooperate with a check of your clothing and your bag.

3.2 Cooperating is voluntary. If you do not cooperate, you do not get in. We are not the police and we search nothing without your cooperation.

4.1 Professional recording equipment. Professional photo, video and audio equipment may only come in if you have our written permission beforehand. Without permission we refuse the equipment at the entrance.

Filming with your phone for your own socials is fine. If you are filming someone who does not want it, you stop. Livestreaming a whole set or selling recordings is only allowed with our permission.

4.2 Smoking and vaping. There is no smoking or vaping in covered areas.

4.3 These do not come in:

• glassware and cans
• plastic bottles, unless we say at the entrance that an empty bottle is allowed
• weapons, sharp or otherwise dangerous objects
• items that cause a nuisance
• outside food, drink and alcohol
• clothing with racist, discriminatory or intimidating text or symbols
• large objects and large backpacks
• strollers and child carriers
• animals, except an assistance dog

You may bring medication in its original, sealed packaging with the leaflet. If you have something with you that raises questions at the check, just mention it at the entrance.

4.4 Drugs and nitrous oxide. Drugs and nitrous oxide are prohibited. If we find them on you, we take them and you have to leave. For larger quantities or for dealing, we involve the police.

4.5 Face coverings. At the ID check at the door we ask you to uncover your face, so we can compare you with your ID. After that we will not ask again.

4.6 Damage. If you break something belonging to us, to the venue or to another visitor, we recover that damage from you. How that works is set out in article 10.3 of our terms and conditions.

4.7 Trading and promotion. Without our permission you do not do the following at or around the location:

• sell goods
• give away goods
• hand out flyers, stickers, posters or any other promotional material

4.8 No crowdsurfing, stagediving or anything like it. It is fun right up until someone is on the floor.

5.1 If you have something on you from the list in 4.3, it cannot come in. You can take it away or, where there is a cloakroom, hand it in there. We do not keep your property.

5.2 Drugs, nitrous oxide, weapons and other illegal items we do take. You will not get those back and they go to the police.

5.3 Lost something? Lost property stays with the venue. For our events in Maastricht that is Muziekgieterij, Boschstraat 5, reachable at info@muziekgieterij.nl.

6.1 There are security cameras at and around the location, before, during and after the event. They belong to the venue, not to us. The venue decides what happens with that footage and how long it is kept.

6.2 The venue may use AI assisted crowd monitoring to measure how busy it is. That happens without facial recognition and only for safety, in line with the GDPR and the European AI Act.

6.3 We take our own photos and video at our nights. We use them to promote Bad Habits and our events: on our socials, on our site, in advertising and in the aftermovie.

6.4 Are you recognisable in one and would you rather not be? Tell the photographer or someone from our team, or mail contact@badhabits.club. We will take it down from our channels.

What else we do with personal data is set out in our privacy statement.

7.1 We refuse nobody because of their background, skin colour, gender, sexual orientation, disability or religion. If you believe that happened anyway, mail contact@badhabits.club. We look into it and tell you what came out.

7.2 We can refuse you entry or remove you from the venue where that is necessary for safety, for order, or because you are breaking these house rules. If you ask why, we tell you.

7.3 If we remove you for breaking these house rules, you do not get your money back and your ticket for that night lapses. For another night you buy a new ticket.

7.4 In every other case, what articles 8 and 10 of the terms and conditions say about your money applies.

8.1 The sound at our nights is loud enough to damage your hearing. Wear earplugs. Ask at the bar or the cloakroom whether they sell them.

8.2 You are responsible for your own belongings. Do not bring anything you cannot afford to lose, and keep an eye on your coat and your bag.

8.3 Our liability is set out in article 9 of the terms and conditions. What it says there takes precedence over these house rules.

9.1 How late you can still get in, whether there is a cloakroom and whether you can step outside and come back differs per night. That is on the event page and on our socials. If you cannot find it, use the chat on this site.

9.2 In situations these house rules do not cover, we decide.

9.3 We can amend these house rules. The latest version on badhabits.club is the binding one; the same version is posted at the entrance.
